Sean Windt

With a strong foundation in geotechnical engineering, I began my career in Pittsburgh, PA, gaining hands-on experience through site investigations, field testing, quality control, and engineering analysis to support project recommendations. In 2013, I joined Geopier as a Design Engineer, where I focused on detailed engineering calculations and submittal preparation for a wide range of ground improvement projects.

Over the years, I advanced through several roles at Geopier, including Project Engineer and Area Manager. My responsibilities expanded to include preliminary engineering, client collaboration, and project oversight across multiple regions. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to and lead efforts in the West, Mid-Atlantic, and currently, the South group—bringing a broad perspective and deep technical expertise to every project I support.
