Foundation Service Corp was founded by Todd Peterson in 1999. A vision for providing Intermediate Foundation® solutions with Geopier® products and specialty constructions services. Our team of engineers, designers and installation specialists ensure that your project is done quickly and efficiently. We are located in Hudson Iowa. We have an excellent safety record and maintain a substantial bonding capacity. FSC is a small business yet many of our clients are ENR top contractors. FSC is a member of AGC of America by its membership in the Master Builders of Iowa and many other professional and industry associations.
